PAY & PICK UP IN STORE

We offer a convenient Pay & Pick Up In Store option at checkout.

Once your order is ready, you’ll receive an email notification confirming it’s available for pickup. Orders will be held through the end of the next business day.


ITEM AVAILABILITY

C+T orders are fulfilled directly from our retail storefront and processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Items are not reserved until checkout is successfully completed. Because of this, high-demand items may sell out between the time they are added to your cart and when your order is processed.

If this occurs, you will be notified promptly and issued a refund for any unavailable items.


SHIPPING

We carefully pack and ship all orders to ensure they arrive safely.

  • Orders placed Monday–Friday before 2PM EST typically ship within 24 hours
  • Orders placed after 2PM, on weekends, will ship out the following Tuesday

We ship via USPS First Class, Priority, and Priority Express, with delivery times varying based on the selected method at checkout.

At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, or international locations.


COLLECTIVE SHIPPING POLICY

Some items in our shop may be fulfilled through Collective, meaning they ship directly from one of our trusted brand partners.

  • These items may ship separately from your order
  • Shipping times may vary depending on the partner’s location and processing times
  • You will receive separate tracking information if your order includes Collective items
